Job Title: Credit Controller

Reports to: Office Manager

Depot: LWC Doncaster

Overview

Assist the depot manager in making informed credit and risk decisions, ensuring timely payments from customers while maintaining a positive business relationship. Key objectives include minimizing depot credit risk and maximizing cash flow by:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and processing new account credit application forms
  • Escalating potential issues to management for prompt resolution
  • Collaborating with the depot team to optimize credit and cash flow strategies

Responsibilities

  • Managing credit risk and cash flow to ensure depot financial stability
  • Developing and implementing effective credit control processes
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
