We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Vehicle Administrator, you will provide exceptional support and administrative services to our Sales Department, ensuring efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vehicle orders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Administrator is required.
- Previous experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is necessary.
- A proven track record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders is desirable.
