Job Description
Oxford School District is looking for a dedicated professional to serve as a Literacy Initiative Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing literacy initiatives across the district, including reading programs, teacher training, and parent engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with expertise in literacy instruction and assessment. Excellent communication and project management skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and 5+ years of experience in education or a related field.
