We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at R&V Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents, as well as working closely with other team members to promote a positive and supportive team culture.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Leading and managing a team of care staff
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Proven leadership and management skills
