Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom Amica Care Trust Full time

Amica Care Trust is a leading provider of support services, including occasional day care, assisted living and specialist dementia care. We are currently seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This will involve ensuring visitors, residents and families all receive a great first impression of our home, keeping residents' rooms and common areas clean and tidy, providing a personal laundry service to all residents, and carrying out other general tasks within the home.

You will also need to have a great team work ethic, good attention to detail, and above all a compassionate nature.

In return for your commitment to providing the best service to our residents, you will be offered a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, a welcome bonus of up to £1,000, an Employee Assistance Programme, monthly employee recognition, discounts at online retailers, a cycle to work scheme, social events, and a friendly and supportive working environment.
