This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a commitment to your ongoing training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our young people with daily tasks and activities
- Helping to create a safe and nurturing environment
- Developing positive relationships with our young people and colleagues
- Participating in regular training and development sessions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to undergo safeguarding screening and obtain necessary qualifications
