**Job Title:** Learning Support Assistant SEN Special Education

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a reputable SEN school in Stevenage. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they have equal opportunities to succeed and thrive in the classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons, addressing their specific learning needs.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, reporting back to the SEN coordinator and teachers.
  • Support with personal care and mobility needs, where required.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is an advantage.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
