Job Description: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs, provide individualized support during lessons, and assist in the implementation of individualized education plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have experience working with children with special educational needs, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable but not essential.
