About the Role:

We are looking for a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students with special education needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special education needs in a nursery or educational setting.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Providing feedback and progress reports to parents and carers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with children or young adults with special education needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
