This business has invested heavily in its operations and boasts modern, state-of-the-art offices, creating a great work environment.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team and is passionate about their job.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Overseeing the entire payroll cycle for all staff members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC guidelines.
- Guaranteeing adherence to HMRC guidelines and submitting RTI reports in a timely manner.
- Handling payroll inquiries from employees and third-party agencies, providing excellent customer service.
- Administering statutory payments, such as SSP, SMP, and pension contributions, in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting the Finance team with payroll reporting and reconciliation, as well as providing support to the wider finance team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and general transactional finance, with experience working with different systems.
