The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Overseeing the entire payroll cycle for all staff members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC guidelines.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to HMRC guidelines and submitting RTI reports in a timely manner.
  • Handling payroll inquiries from employees and third-party agencies, providing excellent customer service.
  • Administering statutory payments, such as SSP, SMP, and pension contributions, in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and consistency.
  • Assisting the Finance team with payroll reporting and reconciliation, as well as providing support to the wider finance team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in payroll and general transactional finance, with experience working with different systems.
