About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Concessions Assistant to join our dynamic team at AllSaints. As a key member of our digital concessions team, you will play a crucial role in managing new and existing online partnerships, driving trade, and increasing visibility of our brand across multiple partner sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective working relationships with partners to drive trade and revenue growth
  • Manage weekly/bi-weekly partner meetings to discuss product onboarding, seasonal activity launches, and other partner requirements
  • Identify marketing opportunities across partner sites to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Review and track partner stocks according to the critical path, communicating risk and opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Manage product launches using a critical path, in line with key business deadlines, including creating enrichment data files, sending imagery and seasonal assets, and tracking product until live on partner websites
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales, communicating key metrics and promotions to the team and wider business in trade updates
  • Support your manager in planning and preparation for key seasonal activity, including promo and sales
  • Monitor promo/sale performance, communicating key highlights and lowlights effectively to management

Requirements

  • Role would be a great fit for a candidate with a buying or merchandising background/degree
  • Some experience in e-commerce merchandising/trading relevant to third parties is preferred
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Commercially aware with a trading focus to maximize sales and profit opportunities
  • Good understanding of online shopping and fashion trends
  • Forward thinking to ensure we are always ahead of the curve
  • Able to demonstrate sound decision-making, solutions-focused mindset, and flexibility within a dynamic environment

About the Team

Our digital concessions team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Digital Concessions Assistant, you will work closely with our wholesale, franchise, and licensing team to drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
