Maintenance Operations Technician

Responsibilities:

- Document all maintenance activities, including time sheets and quality control metrics.
- Communicate maintenance plans and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports and repair logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with procurement teams to source materials and services, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
- A trade qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of plant equipment, including design, installation, and operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in basic tools and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and compressors.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
