Production Technician Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Rochdale, near Manchester. As an Injection Moulding Setter/Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform tool changes, material and colour changes efficiently.
• Set machines to optimize production.
• Verify the operation of robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of condition setting and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• Passion for lean manufacturing and process improvement.
