Purpose of the Job
To provide a comprehensive maintenance service for operational equipment and site facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety standards, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to meet satisfactory standards, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
2. Report to the Site Engineering Manager and act as proxy when required.
3. Ensure mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimum levels, meeting departmental Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
4. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and follow standard processes within the engineering department.
5. Continuously improve equipment availability through innovative solutions.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Royton, Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services, leveraging their expertise in multi-skilled engineering roles.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in similar engineering roles, such as Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer. A competitive salary is offered for this role, approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
