We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring customers enjoy a top-tier experience every time they visit.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a premium retail environment, with a proven track record in team development and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Divisional Manager in daily store operations, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to provide excellent customer service through effective product knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Drive sales performance and work with the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with products, promotions, and marketing activities, and pass on this knowledge to your team.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee stock control processes, including delivery management and loss prevention.
  • Assist in staff development through mentoring, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company Health & Safety, administrative, and security procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised store environment, including the back office and stock room.
