We are seeking an experienced Child Development Professional to join our team at Nurse Seekers.

This role involves working closely with a quality purpose-built Nursery near Kenilworth, Warwickshire, providing high-quality education and care to 3- and 4-year-olds.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care to young children;
  • To plan and provide effective teaching and learning strategies;
  • To safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children;
  • To communicate with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet the individual needs of the children.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Child Development or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with 3- and 4-year-olds;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
