About The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Sales to lead our UK Grocery team and drive category growth across the U.K. & Ireland retail market. The ideal candidate will have clear experience managing both a team and UK retail customers, with a hunger to progress, learn, cultivate, and build a winning team. They will be fully P&L responsible, experienced with complex JBP negotiations, and able to work cross-functionally with other business functions.

Requirements:
  • CLEAR EXPERIENCE MANAGING BOTH A TEAM AND UK RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
  • HUNGER TO PROGRESS, LEARN, CULTIVATE, AND BUILD A WINNING TEAM.
  • FULLY P&L RESPONSIBLE, EXPERIENCED WITH COMPLEX JBP NEGOTIATIONS.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
