Mechanical Equipment Supervisor

As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics hub, working with state-of-the-art equipment and contributing to our continued success.
With a strong background in engineering, you'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a reputable field, with expertise in digital skills, including computerised maintenance management systems. You'll also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring quality control and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational objectives and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar engineering role, with a strong focus on digital skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
