Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey.

About the Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned preventive maintenance, general plumbing PPM and repairs, emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, electrical wiring and repairs, fan coil and AHU maintenance, and small-scale fabric repairs.

You will work on a mobile basis across our commercial property portfolios, ensuring that all electrical systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting maintenance and fire alarm weekly bell checks
  • Carry out general plumbing PPM and repairs
  • Conduct emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, and electrical wiring and repairs
  • Maintain fan coils, AHUs, pumps, and actuators
  • Perform small-scale fabric repairs, including painting repairs and hole patching
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40-44k, depending on experience, a 40-hour week, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with uniform, tablet, and phone provided. Comprehensive induction training is also included.

With plenty of overtime available, you will have the opportunity to earn additional income. Our benefits package includes 20 days' annual leave (April to March) plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total).
