We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Smartsearch Recruitment. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our modular space solutions and their benefits to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and sales leads with professionalism, promptly responding to customer queries and providing accurate information about our solutions.
  • Plan and prioritize customer/prospect contacts to ensure agreed sales targets are achieved.
  • Manage a portfolio of local regular customers, nurturing accounts to drive repeat business and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Telephone sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
