About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys. As a Sales Colleague, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and supporting customers with their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
  • Make every customer interaction memorable.
  • Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
  • Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Work across different departments and product ranges.
  • Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Approachable and friendly.
  • Keen to learn about the latest technology.
  • Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
  • A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
