About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to Directors, including diary management, inbox management, and document production
  • Organizing and booking meetings, maintaining stock levels of stationery, and attending meetings to take notes
  • Managing own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Liaising with stakeholders confidently and providing excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks
  • Strong administration skills, including document production, diary management, and inbox management
  • Strong communication skills, including liaising with stakeholders confidently

What We Offer:

An hourly rate of £13.50, including holiday, and the flexibility of Hybrid working. This is an interim position with a 12-week duration, working 37.5 hours per week.
