  • Job Summary: Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Main Responsibilities: Review and improve policies, procedures, and controls, ensure timely and accurate submission of mandatory reports, contribute to data gathering for the annual third-party Governance Review, and monitor potential areas of conflict within the group.

Requirements: The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and have experience in a similar role within the IFA/Wealth Management sector. Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements is essential, along with practical awareness and knowledge of retail financial products and current regulatory expectations.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus a 4% bonus based on performance and company profitability. You will also receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 more days per year after two years' service. Continued career development and support through relevant qualifications are also offered.
