Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

As the Hustle Group Fleet Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the Fush Waka to various events and locations, running the Fush Waka at events, serving kai and delivering the Fush experience, packing in and out the Fush Waka, and coordinating functions and events for other Hustle Group ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Manage the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and scheduling.
  • Event Execution: Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, delivery, and breakdown.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Class 2 driver's license (or ability to drive a manual and get a Class 2 license), excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive and flexible approach, varying hours and out-of-town events, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
