Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit documentation for inward processing status on behalf of TKE UK Finance, working closely with the Head of Reporting & Accounting.
- Organize export/import shipping and prepare necessary documentation.
- Coordinate collections, particularly for branches in German-speaking countries.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from carriers regarding shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
- Address customer enquiries regarding repairs and spare parts, particularly from branches in German-speaking countries.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to enquiries from around Europe.
- Support other members of the Business Support team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian).

- Experience in import/export sales and understanding of Brexit implications for international trade.
- Basic knowledge of financial management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, methodical, and strong organizational skills.
- International customer service delivery and direct service sales experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team.
