Group Sales and Events Coordinator

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator to join our team at The Ascott Hospitality UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Reservations team by responding to all group reservations enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring clients' requirements are met and expectations managed.
- Coordinate requests for proposals and contracts for London properties.
- Drive up-selling of rooms, supporting the company's performance.
- Compile reports as and when necessary.
- Support the Sales team with Groups enquiries.
- Use RMS system to amend, correct and confirm reservations.
- Take ownership of all Groups related tasks in the absence of the Groups Executive.
- Handle guest complaints with a genuine caring attitude.
About You
- You have a passion for providing great service and a career in hospitality.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
