We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Academic Development Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, providing personalized education services to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personalized tutoring in core subjects like English, Maths, and Science
  • Working closely with social workers, carers, and educational professionals to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies
  • Preparing students for exams and helping them develop study skills and strategies

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS), PTTLS, or relevant tutoring experience with at least a B.Ed, MA or PhD
  • Experience working with LAC or vulnerable young people is highly desirable
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping young people succeed
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
