About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Ambulance Controller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of ability to communicate on all levels is essential and the successful applicant must be able to work on their own or as part of a team and use their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience of working in a patient/customer focused environment
