**Job Summary**

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Service Advisor to join our team at our Glasgow store. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Network with customers to develop new relationships and exceed sales targets.
  • Support the store team to maximize sales and enhance the company's profile.
  • Provide exemplary service techniques to drive excellence in customer service.
  • Support in other areas of store operation, including product knowledge and merchandising standards.
  • Handle financial transactions professionally and maintain accuracy.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury fashion or a related industry.
  • Ambition within the retail function and a desire to develop within our business.
  • Sociable and charismatic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
