Senior Recruitment Team Manager

This role is part of our business strategy to expand our Secondary division, driving growth through sales and business development in the education sector.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE +

A competitive salary with an excellent uncapped individual commission structure – no thresholds, team commission, quarterly bonuses and annual bonus.

Core Benefits:

  • 4.5 day working week but paid for 5 (after probation)
  • 36 days holiday – 3 weeks off in summer holidays
  • Reduced hours during school holidays (8am – 3pm)
  • Friday early finish

About The Role

As Senior Recruitment Team Manager you will build on Flourish Education's presence in the education sector, managing a small existing secondary team of 2 and leading on sales and business growth while supporting team members' personal and professional development.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a successful Secondary desk – 360 recruitment
  • Lead on divisional growth and development – identifying new business opportunities and maximising existing business
  • Provide leadership for a small team of Recruitment Consultants, developing skills through training, mentoring and support from our L&D team.
  • Drive performance management through clear KPI's, SMART goals, quarterly / annual 1:1 meetings - Ensuring team members are aware of expectations in line with company standards
  • Establish a personal brand, utilizing social channels to build networks and position yourself as a thought leader within your market
  • Weekly visits with schools for service reviews, briefings or to congratulate Flourish Champions
  • Ensure both you and your team meet compliance standards for candidate registration
  • Keep up to date with market/sector knowledge and encourage and support your team to do the same

About You:

Essential:

Existing experience within an agency recruitment Team Leader / Managing Consultant role or similar, driving license and car, experience within a supply / temp / contract market.

Desirable:

Education experience is attractive but not necessarily essential, CRM – Bullhorn preferred.

Comprehensive training

All new starters undertake comprehensive training to ensure they recruit “the Flourish way”. Every new starter receives a 100-day plan and is thoroughly supported through the probationary period.

Hours

Our term time hours are 7 / 7.30am – 4.30 / 5.00pm and reduced hours during school holidays 8:00am – 3:00pm. Our office is based in Northfield with excellent local transport links.
