Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in Hinckley. As an Internal Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of our department. This exciting opportunity involves handling incoming inquiries, creating quotations, and actively following up to convert them into orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales success by meeting and exceeding personal and departmental targets.
  • Provide basic technical advice and recommendations to customers when needed.
  • Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate three-monthly sales forecasts.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track progress and opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture new and existing targeted accounts.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the construction industry (preferred but not essential).
  • A background in customer relations with a passion for excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in IT and CRM systems.
  • A track record in account management and sales.
  • A proactive attitude that aligns with our company's values and business plan.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, casual Fridays, and a generous holiday package.
