About the Role

Ashfords LLP's Corporate department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Support Lawyer to join our team in a non-fee earning capacity. As a key member of our Knowledge Management team, you will provide critical support to our Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.
  • Assist with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.
  • Work closely with our internal Learning and Development team to provide and organize technical training, including preparing seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients.
  • Assist the team with preparing pitch documents, bids, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced corporate lawyer with excellent project management skills, the ability to understand and relate to internal and external clients' needs, and a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
