About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Support Lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded team at Ashfords LLP. As a key member of our Knowledge Management team, you will play a vital role in providing support to our Corporate department, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments, and assisting with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.
  • Assist with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.
  • Work closely with our internal Learning and Development team to provide and organize technical training, including preparing seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients.
  • Assist the team with preparing pitch documents, bids, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and experienced corporate lawyer with a strong understanding of internal and external clients' needs. You will have excellent project management skills, be highly organized, and have a flexible and adaptable attitude to your work. You will be a positive, proactive, and motivated team player, keen to contribute and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.
