About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join the renowned Corporate team of a leading Top 50 law firm, based in Bristol. This role is perfect for a Corporate lawyer with a passion for the technical side of the law, an existing PSL, or someone with in-house experience looking to return to private practice.

As a Corporate PSL, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate team, helping them stay at the forefront of legal developments and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Keeping the team updated on the latest developments in corporate law and best practices.
  2. Enhancing the internal precedent bank, best practice guides, and knowledge resources.
  3. Delivering regular training sessions to fee earners, covering both general corporate law and specialized areas.
  4. Producing articles and client bulletins, raising the firm's profile as a leading authority on corporate law.
  5. Collaborating with the Knowledge Management team to develop innovative client-facing tools and solutions, enhancing the firm's client service offering.
