About the Role

Ashfords LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Support Lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded Corporate team based in our Bristol office.

This is a non-fee earning role, where you will work as part of our well-established Knowledge Management team, providing support to the Corporate team and ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.

You will be responsible for preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.

Additionally, you will work closely with our internal Learning and Development team to provide and organize technical training, including preparing seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients.

You will also assist the team with preparing pitch documents, bids, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced corporate lawyer from either a city or regional law firm, who has the ability to understand and relate to internal and external clients' needs.

You will have a commitment to delivering excellent client care, good project management skills, and the ability to cope with pressures arising from handling multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.

You will be highly organized, with an eye for detail, and able to develop and implement effective systems to organize your work and meet users' needs.

You will have a flexible and adaptable attitude to your work, and be a positive, proactive, and motivated team player, keen to contribute and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.

You will have strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills, and be experienced in forging effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
