About the Role

Ashfords LLP is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Support Lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded Corporate department in our Bristol office.

As a key member of our Knowledge Management team, you will provide critical support to our Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing internal and external briefing notes
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Creating and updating templates

Additionally, you will work closely with our internal Learning and Development team to provide and organize technical training, including preparing seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert support to the Corporate team
  • Ensure fee earners are informed of new laws and developments
  • Prepare internal and external briefing notes
  • Undertake legal research
  • Create and update templates
  • Organize technical training sessions

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced corporate lawyer with a strong understanding of internal and external clients' needs. You will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to cope with pressures arising from handling multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
