Senior Complex Care Assistant

West Kent Hub is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Complex Care Department, you will provide exceptional care to individuals with complex and long-term health conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care to clients with complex healthcare requirements
  • Moving and handling, personal care, medication administration, and support for new staff members

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Tracheostomy, PEG, Ventilation experience
  • 12 months UK care experience and full right to work
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
