Senior Student Funding Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with UCL's Student Funding team as a Senior Student Funding Officer. Based in the Postgraduate Funding sub-team, you will be responsible for managing specific postgraduate Masters (PGT) award schemes, from promotion to payment, as well as post-award administration and running the PGT scholar community event programme.
You will work closely with the Student Funding Manager to develop policy and identify process efficiencies using relevant data analysis. You will handle student and staff enquiries, participate in open day events, and build links with internal and external stakeholders.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in Higher Education in a busy student-facing administrative office environment and experience of running a scholarship award selection process. You will also need a working knowledge of student finance systems.
You will be proactive, able to work independently when necessary, and have a practical approach to problem-solving. You will have strong organisational skills, be able to meet targets and deadlines, and have the ability to communicate complex information in various written formats and through presentations.
