Student Funding Administrator

Are you passionate about supporting students in their academic journey? Do you have experience in higher education funding administration? We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at the University of the Arts London as a Student Funding Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage student enquiries regarding funds, scholarships, and bursaries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assess student eligibility for awards and provide information on available financial support.
- Maintain accurate records of student financial support schemes using databases and spreadsheets.
- Take administrative lead for specific areas of funding, such as scholarship administration or US loans.
- Proven experience in higher education funding administration or a similar environment.
- Excellent understanding of student finance regulations and relevant application procedures.
- High level of computer literacy and experience with student records systems, MS Office, and databases.
- Excellent communication skills to provide a positive and responsive service to students.
