Student Funding Coordinator

University of the Arts London is seeking an experienced Student Funding Administrator to join their Student Funding Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage student enquiries regarding funds, scholarships, and bursaries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assess student eligibility for awards and provide information on available financial support.
- Maintain accurate records of student financial support schemes, including spreadsheet and database management.
- Take administrative lead for specific areas of funding, such as Scholarship Administration or University Hardship Funds.
- Strong understanding of student finance regulations and relevant application procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to provide a positive and responsive service to students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
