Site Employee Liaison

The Site Employee Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our site-based employees, ensuring their needs are met and their contributions are valued. This role is critical in enhancing employee satisfaction, retention rates, and engagement survey results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building trust and rapport with site employees through regular communication and site visits.
* Facilitating development opportunities to support employee growth and address performance concerns.
* Maintaining accurate records of employee qualifications, skills, and experience.
* Gathering feedback from site managers, leaders, and customers to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in relationship management and employee development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
