**Job Title:** Therapist for Adolescents and Families.
**Location:** Crawley.
We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to join our team in Crawley, providing therapeutic support to adolescents and their families presenting with complex mental health needs.
Main Duties:- Provide in-depth risk assessments of young people who are at risk to themselves.
- Formulate both short-term and long-term crisis planning.
- Manage a complex caseload as the family therapist working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Completed a Qualifying course in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master's or doctorate level, accredited by the AFT.
- All applications must have a formal Family Therapist qualification.
- Registration with the UKCP.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £51,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including free meals and parking, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, pension contribution, life assurance, and enhanced maternity package.
