  • You will need to be sales-driven, with experience in using objection handling techniques, building rapport with clients and insurers, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Ideal Experience:

  • A background in working towards KPIs, including individual and team targets.
  • Experience in a regulated sector, with a focus on compliance.
  • Sales-driven approach with the ability to handle objections and build strong relationships.
  • Detailed knowledge of Commercial Insurance products and a keen understanding of client needs.
