About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the development and optimisation of our insurance product proposition across all verticals. As a key member of our EMEA Insurance Team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through the creation of standardised product propositions with our insurance partners.

Your key goals will include:

  • Developing innovative product propositions that maximise revenue and can be seamlessly rolled out and scaled
  • Reviewing all aspects of existing products to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance commercial performance and regulatory compliance
  • Working closely with our Global Solutions team to lead product development discussions with insurer partners and influence them to support new products
  • Undertaking detailed product reviews to identify growth initiatives with distribution partners
  • Developing and implementing a Product Governance Framework to ensure products are regularly reviewed against key commercial and compliance KPIs

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive product and underwriting experience, strong commercial acumen, and a good understanding of General Insurance. You will also have a track record of developing and placing innovative product solutions and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
