Associate Director Opportunity

Aon is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Financial Lines team, part of our Global Broking Centre. This role involves coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of Financial Institutions business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze submission data
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking activities
  • Present terms to clients and network
  • Record broking activity in market sheets
  • Review and finalize Market Risk Certificates
  • Send cover confirmation to clients and network
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
  • Client meetings and relationship management
  • Respond to account queries
  • Establish and manage the pipeline
Requirements
  • Experience in the insurance industry, either as a broker or insurer
  • Technical insurance knowledge across Financial Lines
  • Understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems
  • Experience in managing effective client relationships
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
