IT Support Officer – Hybrid – 22k-25k

Our client is seeking an IT Support Officer to join their team, working closely with the IT Help Desk team to provide exceptional support to the business.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an IT Help Desk/Service Desk environment, with excellent customer service skills and a strong appreciation for IT support.

Key technical skills required for this role include Active Directory, Office 365/Azure user and group administration, Microsoft Intune implementation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent first point of contact for all IT enquiries, including recording, prioritizing, assigning, and managing requests and incidents.
  • Record and track project issues, escalating to relevant project teams and external IT support companies as necessary.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in the office (Newark-On-Trent) and 2 days working from home.
