Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Global Reward Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced and friendly environment. As a key member of our Global Reward team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and analyzing PA's Global Reward programs. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop first-rate reward solutions and provide a seamless reward advisory service to the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in analyzing, reporting on, and closing gender, ethnicity, and other pay gaps. You will be flexible in your approach, able to react quickly to urgent confidential projects, and have excellent relationship-building skills. Experience with benefits technology implementation projects is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Global Reward programs that support PA's refreshed strategy and cultural change initiatives
  • Analyze and report on pay gaps, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across PA
  • Provide expert advice on total reward solutions, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with the Global Reward team to ensure seamless day-to-day reward operations
