{"h2": "Digital Marketing Manager Role", "p": "We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Your primary objective will be to become the main point of contact for digital marketing clients, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will work closely with our clients' account teams and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and programs
* Managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Translating agreed digital marketing strategies into effective tactical implementation
* Monitoring the delivery of activity against agreed program KPIs and staff resource
* Combining digital marketing skills and creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify digital marketing tactics, target audiences, and keywords that deliver against each program's communications objectives
* Mentoring digital marketing executives and motivating them to deliver excellent results

Requirements:

* Commercial experience in digital strategy development, account management, content creation, social media management, SEO, SEM, and analytics
* Ability to spot commercial opportunities with clients and communicate business development to the senior team
