Role Overview
The Senior Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Outpatients Department at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity will involve providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating appointments, and acting as the first point of contact for patients.

We are looking for an experienced and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. You should be able to work effectively within a large team or individually, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
