About the Role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Lead to oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining tight control over project schedules, risks, scopes, and budgets, as well as promoting the organization's capabilities to clients and identifying potential sales opportunities.

A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for this role.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
